We do not manage the distribution of raid mounts. We do not prioritise players for raid mounts and have a long history of ensuring that everyone gets every raid mount before the end of a tier/expansion.

The only requirement is, if you decide to take a mount, you commit to helping everyone else who wants one farm it. If you know you're planning to take a break, or not stay in the guild, you should trade the mount to someone who is.

If you decide not to keep a mount, you can either pass it off to someone you choose, or (ideally) have it raid rolled.
