We require all raiding members to have:
Addons
wowutils for status tracking, especially loot coordination.
RCLootCouncil for loot distribution.
Raidstrats for raid planning.
NorthernSky for raid management/coordination.
We do not enforce a specific bossmod – you are welcome to use BigWigs or DBM, according to your preference - though we generally recommend BigWigs for having more up to date timers early in the tier.
