The guild’s rank structure is:

| Guild Master | Overall responsibility for the running of the guild. |
| Officers | Guild leadership, these are people who generally have direct responsibility for an area of managing the guild. |
| Council | Guild leadership, these are people who generally give advice or help with minor, less time-consuming tasks, but usually won't have significant specific responsibility. |
| Veterans | Long-standing raiders who have contributed productively and reliably across multiple tiers. |
| Raiders | Permanent members of the raiding team, who have passed trial. |
| Trials | New members who are still being assessed for promotion to raider. |

Promotion from raider to veteran
The officer team will discuss this at the end of every tier. We don't make the requirements public to ensure it isn't gamed, but we'll look at a combination of attendance, performance and attitude. To set expectations, usually veterans have been in the guild for several years, across multiple tiers.

This is a "we'll ask you" situation. The officer team tends to be stable, with spots arising infrequently - but we'll communicate with those we feel may be suitable when availability arises.
