Correspondingly, if you'd like to join, you'll need to have someone ginvite a (probably very low level) character you likely won't play to that guild. Just ask in discord, nearly everyone can invite you. Join the neighbourhood on that character.

From that point on, you'll be in the neighbourhood on all of your characters.
